These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LetterVault mobile application ("App") operated by A & F Web Technologies ("AFWEBTECH"), a member of Felix Consulting Group LLC. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
LetterVault is designed to help you organize and manage official correspondence through AI-powered analysis. You may use the App for personal and business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

LetterVault uses artificial intelligence to analyze letter images and extract information. While we strive for accuracy, AI analysis may not always be perfect. You should always verify important details (amounts, dates, deadlines) directly from the original document.
LetterVault is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or tax advice. Always consult qualified professionals for important matters.
Free Plan: The Personal plan is free and includes up to 50 letter scans per month with full AI parsing and tracking features.
Paid Plans: Team ($9.99/month) and Pro ($19.99/month) plans are available as auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Price Changes: We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change.
The App, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by A & F Web Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you upload to the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AFWEBTECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI analysis will be 100% accurate.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
