A & F Web Technologies ("AFWEBTECH," "we," "us," or "our"), a member of Felix Consulting Group LLC, operates the LetterVault mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

Images You Upload: When you scan or upload a letter, the image is sent to our server for AI-powered analysis. The image is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored on our servers after processing is complete.

Extracted Letter Data: The information extracted from your letters (sender names, amounts, dates, summaries, action items) is stored locally on your device using secure on-device storage. This data does not leave your device after initial processing.

Subscription Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, your purchase is processed through Apple's App Store. We receive confirmation of your subscription status through RevenueCat but do not have access to your payment details.

Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the App, such as feature usage frequency and crash reports. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

To improve the App's features and performance
To provide customer support when requested

3. Data Storage and Security

Your letter data is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain a centralized database of your personal correspondence. Images are processed via secure, encrypted connections and are not retained after analysis.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect data during transmission, including HTTPS encryption for all communications between your device and our servers.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

OpenAI: For AI-powered letter analysis. Images are processed according to OpenAI's data usage policies.
RevenueCat: For subscription management. RevenueCat processes subscription status but does not access your letter content.
Apple App Store: For payment processing. All payments are handled by Apple according to their privacy policy.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Delete all your data at any time by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App
Request information about what data we process
Opt out of anonymous usage data collection
Cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store

6. Children's Privacy

LetterVault is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "Last updated" date.
