Tap the scan button (camera icon) at the bottom of the screen. You can take a photo of a letter with your camera, or choose an existing image from your photo library.
Once you capture or select an image, LetterVault's AI reads the letter and automatically extracts the sender, category, amounts, due dates, a plain-language summary, and a step-by-step action plan.
Review the AI's analysis. Everything look good? Tap Save to add it to your inbox. You can always edit details later from the letter detail screen.
Each letter comes with action items. Mark them as In Progress, Replied, Called, or Completed as you work through them. The letter's overall status updates automatically.
Check the "Today" tab daily for your command center. It shows overdue items, urgent letters due soon, and pending actions — so nothing slips through.
Group related letters into Threads (e.g., all letters about the same insurance claim) using the Threads tab. This helps you see the full history of any ongoing matter at a glance.
Your main inbox. Browse all scanned letters, filter by category (Bills, Legal, Tax, Medical, etc.), and search by keyword.
Your daily command center. See what's overdue, what's urgent, and what actions are still pending.
